Great small town dealer! I was searching provincially for the right vehicle (Subaru WRX STI) and came across what I felt to be the right one at Lethbridge Subaru. After dealing with Johnny and Jared via email for over two weeks until I was able to drive down from Calgary I never felt any pressure to quickly purchase the car. They allowed my brother to come in and test drive it and then put it on hold until I could come and see it for myself. They were very reasonable and transparent when it came to pricing and warranty costs and I felt at ease dealing with them. We had a great experience from the moment we walked onto the lot to the moment we drove the car home. They let us test drive the car for pretty much as long as we liked and even let us inspect the car in more depth in the shop. All of the staff were really friendly, knowledgable and took the time to answer my 50 some questions. The staff were upfront about many of the options and costs and had no hidden agenda or no surprises. To cap it off the car was even full of gas when we took it home. Thanks subaru of Lethbridge! Fabulous experience!!! Wonderful service!!! I have never had a more pleasant and easy-going car-buying experience. I walked into the dealership with my husband assuming that I would get the ster I have never had a more pleasant and easy-going car-buying experience. I walked into the dealership with my husband assuming that I would get the stereotypical run-around and pressure sales tactics. But this was definitely not the case! When we entered we were greeted by Peter (an exceptional sales associate!) and he listened to us and helped us narrow down the right Subaru for us. We took a Crosstrek XV out for a test drive. Before the drive even started, Peter showed me an array of features and made me feel comfortable in the driver's seat. I returned a second time later the same week, this time with my dog, a 100lb Bernese Mountain Dog. I wanted to know if she could comfortably fit into vehicle safely. My dog managed to fit into the hatch no problem! Clover (my dog) was invited into the dealership to meet everyone. Apparently many Subaru people are also dog people! Joe broke down the numbers and financing options and basically made me a great offer! Jared was great with all of the financing and paper work and made it as painless as possible. I am now the proud owner of a Crosstrek and I look forward to many more positive experiences. More

Mainly dealing with two folks Johnny Vo and Jared Ford, talking with these two you can sense the passion they have for what they do.. They are there to make you smile, joke around, and made my first new car buying experience a blast. Yes this is a dealership, but to me I witnessed more than a dealership I was involved with a Family. He was never impatient or pushy. He just helped us with our every question. There was never a push to up sell us either by anyone. When we chose the right vehicle for us, Joe made the negotiations an easy and smooth process without the usual pressure. Jared was very east to deal with in the finalization of our purchase. I was totally impressed with everyone we dealt with. Travis delivered our car to our door and took all the time I needed to familiarize me with it. After discussing the merits of both we decided to look further at the Outback and I had spent a few visits talking to Johnny Vo about what we liked in a vehicle and how we were planning to use the vehicle to carry both our bikes and paddleboards. Both Johnny and Joe were just awesome to deal with and there was never any pressure or stress right from the first minute I walked into the dealership. The whole buying process from the initial signing to the delivery was a very pleasant experience and Johnny, Joe , Jared and John made us feel very welcome and turned the whole buying experience into a very pleasant and fun one! I enjoyed it so much that we bought the Outback for my wife without her even seeing or driving it.
