Ah-mazing! As a first time car buyer I could not have asked for a better experience! Johnny and his team were incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable. Johnny and Jared were able to answer any question that I had, no matter how silly it was. They were extremely patient, and took the time to re-explain things as many times as I needed in terms that I would understand. The staff at Subaru were flexible and consistently adaptable to my ever changing and hectic schedule. They were always very accommodating no matter how last minute my calls were. I even had staff members wishing me good luck on my midterms! At no point during the shopping or purchasing process did I feel pressured, duped, or confused. There were no shady sales techniques and it was clear at all times the exact amount that I would be paying. To be honest, I was not initially interested in a Subaru. However, the patience and knowledge that Johnny and his team presented easily sealed the deal for me. It is so comforting to know that if I ever have any questions there is an excellent support team just a phone call away. I look forward to recommending Johnny and his team to my friends, family, and pretty much anyone who will listen. Everyone should buy a Subaru just so they can deal with these wonderful individuals. After reading all the positive reviews about this dealership I decided to check it out myself. I chatted on the phone for nearly an hour with Joe before deciding to drive the two hours to Lethbridge. What a positive experience. Joe, Johnny and Jared explained in detail all the different aspects of purchasing this Crosstrek, from the test drive to signing the final paperwork. Many reviews have commented on this dealership as being like a 'family'. Well it is true. They all worked together to create this positive experience. Joe, Jared, and Johnny were all very patient, thorough, and never pressured me into buying anything. Joe was able to work out a deal with me that I was happy with.
