It was New Years Eve at 4pm and the staff stayed till my car was diagnosed. I was given a loaner so that my business would not be impeded. The next business day Chris called me to inform me of the cost and parts availability on my car. He also pointed out what was critical and what could be repaired down the road to save me money. The whole service department went over and above what I have ever experienced anywhere else. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Honest, Integrity and Experience. More

Outback No. 4 I use my vehicles a lot and trade every 4 or 5 years. Just bought Outback No. 4 and they are the BEST. We went in on a really busy Saturday but were still treated with great enthusiasm; Luke even allowed us to take one of the Subaru Foresters for a test drive. We immediately fell in love with the model. Peter was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped us every step of the way in finding the Forester we wanted in the price range we could afford. Jared was excellent in giving us quick and easy detailed information we would need and quick to respond to any questions we had whether in person, on the phone, or through email. I have dealt with quite a few other dealerships in the past and I feel Lethbridge Subaru has the most friendly family atmosphere I have encountered. My daughter and son-in -law have an Outback and my niece bought a Crosstrek here so I had some previous reference and I was not disappointed. Tried out a few cars, kinda new what I was looking for; having done a lot of research. (Should have started at Subaru!) Johnny was very knowledgeable and was not pushy (Unlike other dealerships). Johnny was available all three times (with a smile on his face) I came in to make sure the Crosstrek was what I wanted. Once I bought the vehicle, Johnny went through it so I understood everything! AND if I didn't he said to call, text or email him anytime. GREAT service! I got to meet all the service people at the dealership, so when I call to book appointments I'll know who I am talking to.
