Every single aspect of the experience was fantastic. Johnny and Joe kept us informed of driving opportunities this past year and we went in at the end of November to check out the Black Friday deals. I had my first chance to drive the new 2018 SportTrek and fell in love with the car immediately. It is SO fun to drive, but also so safe and with every feature I could hope for. Working on financing with Dave was easy and painless, and before I knew it, the car was mine! It was easy to make this decision because we've had such great experiences with a dependable and fun Subaru the past 7.5 years -- as well as only outstanding service experiences at Subaru of Lethbridge ... Subaru Crosstrek 2018- A dream car in reach! Moving here to Canada from the Philippines, I thought I would have had to wait for 2 years before I could have gotten a vehicle I wanted; you know how Moving here to Canada from the Philippines, I thought I would have had to wait for 2 years before I could have gotten a vehicle I wanted; you know how it's like, start from scratch, build your credit score and try to get approved. Well, with Subaru Lethbridge?? That didn't happen! I never had waited! :O My husband booked an appointment to see Johnny Vo, and to talk to there financial manager Dave Tamura; The day we got in the dealership it really felt warm, not just cause of the heating system but warm, as in welcomed and felt part of the family. He showed us a couple of Trim levels of the 2018 Crosstrek and how each trim level differs; showed us how easy it is to use the entertainment system, how to work buttons and other stuff the car offered! We did test drive it too! The car was amazing! Really performs well on the road in extreme conditions- (that time we had a snow storm when we were test driving the Crosstrek and it performed better than I expected!) I am not use to driving in such extreme condition but it felt safe for me to, and driving the car itself wasn't as hard. It went really smooth. I did need a reliable and safe vehicle for me since this is my first winter here and am not use to winter driving- and the Crosstrek is one I can surely testify that is fit for winter! We got back and Dave showed their financing options; Him and Johnny were so easy to deal with! Very professional but does extend their hands to work with a client like me, with no credit history and still have given me the best deals they could (2.99% that is extremely awesome)! We left the dealership feeling convinced. After 30 mins he rang to tell me I was approved for financing! (That was quick!) It was something I didn't expect hearing! But they made it possible. My husband and I came back and picked out what colour we wanted, and extra stuff we wanted for the Crosstrek! We had ordered in the Orange and we had to wait for 2 weeks for it- I tell you, it was worth waiting for! We got the colour we wanted; I came back the next day to buy floor mats for the Crosstrek and their service team was there to help me, Trent which I talked to and Ken (if I got his name right) even put the mats on for me! The Subaru- Lethbridge dealership is a must to go to if you are seeking for a car and want good service. Subaru Lethbridge really is a Subie family you can trust! It is amazing to be part of it! =) More

Great crew, from the front to the back I started going to Lethbridge Subaru with my 2010 Forester when I first moved there a few years back. Always got stellar service. The new one continues to cruise, and despite that I now live 3 hours away, closer to 3 other Subaru dealerships, I'll still make my way to Lethbridge for the real work. More
