The entire transaction was fairly smooth and painless. Even though we ran into some confusion over transferring our BBS rims and remote car starter, the guys did what they could to keep us satisfied and we're happy with the service everyone involved provided. We have no problems recommending the dealership as well as Rajul. Customer service is more than a sale, it involves listening and honesty and Rajul provided excellent service. And the car? Solid! Excellent service I wrote a email to Subaru requesting to test drive the 2016 Crosstrek and Daryn Cobb replied and recommended Wesley Venn to be my sales rep. Humble and kind, he was the one who came forward and offered to help when I walked in on a Tuesday night (despite my young age and student-like attire). He was very honest in helping me with my vehicle selection. He did not push me for a higher-grade model but listened to what I truly wanted and valued my priorities. He was very straight-forward & up-front with me in negotiating the price (no beating around the bush) and simply asked what I was looking for. Then he did his best to accommodate me to reach a consensus. He offered me an awesome price that I was very satisfied with, such that we secured the deal on the night of. When I went to pick up my new vehicle, he once again demonstrated the utmost respect & patience for his customers.
