Humble and kind, he was the one who came forward and offered to help when I walked in on a Tuesday night (despite my young age and student-like attire). He was very honest in helping me with my vehicle selection. He did not push me for a higher-grade model but listened to what I truly wanted and valued my priorities. He was very straight-forward & up-front with me in negotiating the price (no beating around the bush) and simply asked what I was looking for. Then he did his best to accommodate me to reach a consensus. He offered me an awesome price that I was very satisfied with, such that we secured the deal on the night of. When I went to pick up my new vehicle, he once again demonstrated the utmost respect & patience for his customers.
