Poor salesmanship, prepare to wait around It was pretty painful to deal with these guys. I was always waiting around for the employees even when we had an agreed upon time. There is never anyone at the front reception and it took a while for an employee to come up and ask me if I needed assistance. After meeting with the dealer I had to wait around to test drive. During the test drive the dealer didn't know the vehicle and I had to essentially pry information out of them to learn about the car (and they had to pull out their phone to find out). My biggest complaint is that I had emailed back and forth about price and we had come to an agreement for a price with all taxes and fees included. I confirmed that I was intending on financing. The dealer either glossed over this or tried to use a bait and switch tactic because when I got their they informed me the price was with a cash incentive thrown in. They came back with a price that was higher and didn't include taxes or fees. Overall it would have been a few thousand dollars more than the agreed upon price and higher than what is listed online. They didn't even produce a price breakdown. Definitely felt like they were trying to swindle me and I don't enjoy having my time wasted. The one positive note was that the dealer was fairly friendly. Unless you've lived under a rock your whole life, you know that going into the den of thieves to try and get a fair deal, is no picnic. Not here. I had done my research, so we knew what we wanted. We walked around the lot - unasaulted, and looked for the model we wanted. We found a few, so we went inside. Met a nice young guy, told him what we wanted. He presented what was on his computer. We made a fair offer. He brought out the sales manager and introduced us. I thought this is where it was going to get annoying, but nope. They agreed. Done. That's it. No bs. No drama. No lies. Awful Experience This was my first experience purchasing a (new to me) car. My sales representative Trina was not very helpful, and seemed more concerned with upselling me than the car purchase itself. About a week later after the transaction was finished, I sent a couple email requests and followed up with a phone call to try and get the service records for my car. Despite many assurances, I still haven't received anything and I can't say I'm surprised. I definitely felt like just another target to hit, which was disheartening after the great reviews I'd read online. I love my car, but at the end of the day it's a Subaru I could have gotten at any other dealership and probably with better service. More

He asked for what I felt was important in a vehicle, while jotting down his own notes. I ended up having a very specific criteria to the vehicle that I was looking for, and Loman was very accommodating, and was happy to initiate a province wide search for me. Shortly after the deal, I left for vacation. Communication was frequent and I received regular updates by email. When my vehicle arrived, I was contacted immediately and I was able to go for pickup shortly after returning back from vacation. The delivery was really smooth right up until the end when the remote car starter failed to work. Loman did a wonderful job resolving the issue for me, but unfortunately in the end I was asked to drive to a separate nearby dealership where their contractor was working to have it looked for me instead. This process did take awhile, which is the only reasons I cannot give full 5 stars. However, I am comfortable recommending Loman to anyone interested in purchasing a Subaru. You can guarantee that you're in good hands with Loman. More

I was met by Loman Edwards and was given a detailed overview of the features of the Forester and Outback vehicles that were in the show room. Loman was friendly, and knowledgable. I did not test drive one as I was on informational visit. Since I was not actually buying a car, I did not experience the every thing that I would have. I briefly met Ken Woo who came to thank me for coming into the dealership and hoped that I had a pleasant visit. More
