Poor customer service I had a very poor sales experience here. Placed a deposit for a 2018 Outback, they said they would try and get the vehicle I wanted from another deal I had a very poor sales experience here. Placed a deposit for a 2018 Outback, they said they would try and get the vehicle I wanted from another dealership. Then they wrote up the sales bill for over $2,000 more than the online listed price. When I called and asked for the manager to explain the difference they never called me back. I gave up waiting and went to Red Deer instead where they treated me like a valued customer, were transparent and honest and secured the car I wanted - within the same day! More
