Vincent did an outstanding job for us. He had to search other dealerships to find the car we wanted as there was a short supply of colours at this dealership at this time. Booked my vehicle to as per Recall regarding my ignition 1.5 weeks ago. They said it’s a Full day job, took it first thing in morning.. I get a call at 4 pm , stating cannot fix the Recall issue as they hav 1.5 weeks ago. They said it’s a Full day job, took it first thing in morning.. I get a call at 4 pm , stating cannot fix the Recall issue as they have not received the part… I had to now rebook again, why they did not let me know the day or 2 before by text or email , if they have not received the parts… i work shift and on this day had to make arrangements to to make changes to my shifts … unnecessary stress , if only they would called me even a day before…. Bad service, Order the parts for the customer before booking , never seen this happen to my Nissan dealership More
