Only deal with Paul Kwong - he has integrity I have been going to this dealership for a few years and talked to most everyone there off and on, Paul Kwong in service is one of the only guys there I have been going to this dealership for a few years and talked to most everyone there off and on, Paul Kwong in service is one of the only guys there I would trust. He won't take any bull$hit if you try and lowball him off the quoted charges, but he will go out of his way to make sure your service job is done right and honestly. Yes I have always had to pay more when going to dealerships directly instead of to some private shop for my servicing, but it is worth it to me now when I know I have found someone with integrity like Paul Kwong making sure everything was fixed properly for my cars that I have had him oversee the work on over the years. It has been hard for me to find people to trust in the car business and I am glad I found Paul, it makes my life a lot easier when I need servicing on my cars. More
