I was put a ease immediately upon meeting Jason, he answered all my questions - and I asked and questioned just about everything on the contract. He was very patient and understanding and not once did I feel pressured. I was treated with utmost respect even right up to going over every feature of my new vehicle inside and out before driving off. Mike the business manager also took a lot of time explaining the financial contract and he also made sure I understood everything before signing. I have been back a couple of times since buying my Tucson 2 months ago with what I felt was stupid questions but Mike the service manager was extremely pleasant to deal with and made me feel that my questions or concerns were very important. He had excellent knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in and was very forthcoming and honest during the sales process. We had already made several trips to other dealerships and this was immediately distinctive in its quality of customer service. We got the deal we had asked for, and completed the entire sales process in about 2-3 hours that morning. Furthermore, the car was delivered exactly on time, as promised-next business day (because the color we wanted was in stock). I walked into Hyundai Streetsville for the first time with a colleague of mine who was buying a car with them. I had visited several dealers by then and having recently gone through a life change, wanted to make the best possible choice. Fast forward few months, no pushy calls from Will, which was one of the reasons I decided to go back and revisit my options with them. Will introduced me to Mark, and both began crunching some numbers for me but noticed the absolute horror on my face when I wasn't getting everything that I wanted especially my heated seats. What I really appreciated was that I was given SEVERAL OPTIONS which really helped me make a decision and there was no push or cliche statements like "this deal might not be there tomorrow!" which allowed me to make a WELL INFORMED decision. Apart from that, the CARE and SERVICE at this dealership is simply phenomenal. I did get everything I wanted, for a price I could afford and it didn't end there. Will, is such a GENUINE and HELPFUL person - I would pick him and this dealership if I had to do it all over again! The fact that I can pick up the phone and call him anytime if I can't figure something out, is so heartening especially when you don't know too much about the car and everything seems overwhelming.
