Worst Customer Service I got a leased car from this dealership with protection plan. Although I was eligible to cancel the plan within 30 days they were denying to do that. They don't have courtesy with their customers. They didn't reply to my series of emails and registered letter. Even they didn't reply to Better Business Bureau. I got a refund after 2 months of stressful struggle with the help of OMVIC. I won't recommend anyone to buy or lease a car from this dealership. More

Not only is everyone very polite they are also very informative on what needs to be done to my car. They give full transparency on the cost and explain in detail what needs to be fixed on my vehicle. I can't stress this enough that every staff member there is fantastic but I want to point out my service advisor from my last visit Paul who was incredibly informative and helpful. Brake pads and rotors change I spend a fortune to change break pads and roouters just alone labour cost around $450 for less than hour job. Dennis was the service manager i think they need to compare the prices with midas and other competitors. Routers were not needed to change but I led to believe that without that change the car will rumble and I enquired outside it's not true. False information. More

Service Advisor had a disappointing attitude, so is the Service Manager who only knows one sentence that "she is trying to accommodate". However, this is the only reason, she would be hired to accommodate the customers. Poor technicians, who were not able to rectify the fault and I have to visit them again and again. Also, it says 10 - 15% discount on parts on their website, however, the parts guy wasn't sure about the discount.... all marketing stuff! Guy stay away for this dealership. Pathetic service, pathetic people! More
