Excellent trouble shooting and repair! I had a rattle in the rear of my Kia Soul. Sales Professional Rick Farris sent up my appointment and when I arrived at Service the Shop Foreman Sean I had a rattle in the rear of my Kia Soul. Sales Professional Rick Farris sent up my appointment and when I arrived at Service the Shop Foreman Sean came out and greeted me with a smile and said lets go for a drive. He listened and suggested a couple of things that it could be. He took the vehicle from me and in half an hour returned to tell me he thought it was a shock but it actually was a loose back seat and it was all fixed! Sean had a great attitude and handled the problem very efficiently. I am very impressed with how this was handled! And most importantly there is no more rattle!!!!! More

Excellent service I recently upgraded from a 2013 Sportage to a 2017 Sportage. I had a remote starter iPhone app installed. It was the first one that Shawn the technici I recently upgraded from a 2013 Sportage to a 2017 Sportage. I had a remote starter iPhone app installed. It was the first one that Shawn the technician had installed. I had a couple issues so visited the dealership a couple of times. Advisor Chris Randel was very good. Each time that I was there there was a recall on a couple of things and they were quickly taken care of. They got me put as quickly as possible. I even got a car wash. Best Customer Service Purchased my first Kia through this dealership, And I was in from out of town and had a flat tire. We decided to go to the dealership since KAL Tire c Purchased my first Kia through this dealership, And I was in from out of town and had a flat tire. We decided to go to the dealership since KAL Tire couldn't get us in until the end of the day, leaving us without a car and with our dog. The parts department had just closed; yet the managed to fit us in since we were driving 6 hours home the next day. While they were fixing the tire they changed my oil since it was due for service. While we waited they let us bring our puppy into the dealer rather than him waiting outside in the heat. I can not be more grateful for them accommodating us, And making sure we were safe on the road! I highly highly recommend this dealership!! More

Best deal on tires, drove me to work & even gave me a gift! I had a great experience buying new all-season tires for my Subaru.
