Latiye was very helpful right from our first conversation! She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and was always honest about features, questions and timelines; r conversation! She gave me ample time and opportunity to test drive and explore vehicles before making the decision to purchase. She also responded very quickly to any questions I had. She was very easy to communicate with. The whole process of purchasing the vehicle was made easy and painless, truly an enjoyable experience! Her excitement for me when my Jeep arrived was tangible! I would highly recommend Latiye and Stockie to anyone looking for a vehicle. Everyone I had the pleasure of working with at Stockie was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and kind. Matt was the one who did the paperwork with me and he was amazing as well! Very personable and patient as I asked many questions about warranties, etc. Overall a 5 star experience for sure!!!! After my husband and I went to our go to dealership and being disappointed with the attention to our needs, we went to Stockie on the recommendation from our son after he was so pleased with service he had being disappointed with the attention to our needs, we went to Stockie on the recommendation from our son after he was so pleased with service he had done previously. Julius met us at the door, explained to us the details on the truck we were looking at, the dealership assessed our trade-in on the spot, we commented on one little thing and Julius made it happen - DONE! Matt in financial was great to deal with also. Within on hour, we walked out with a wonderful truck and happy with all transactions. And all done with the most pleasant people. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
