Worst experience buying ever. My car spends more time in the shop then on the road and it was "certified". New tires, brakes, window cracked, winsheild wiper assembly, lights, altenator and the list goes on the shop then on the road and it was "certified". This dealership is dishonest and has very poor customer service. We purchased a used Vehicle in early August that began to give us problems within an hour of travelling back to ottawa. With promises mad service. We purchased a used Vehicle in early August that began to give us problems within an hour of travelling back to ottawa. With promises made by the used salesman that it was in good working order the check engine light came on the very next day. Six weeks of calling and trying to get a resolution ended without any help or compensation. The general manager did not return calls or e-mails. The minute they have your money they no longer care.
