Staff errors from communicating the record keeping of the annual check up was not to be concerned about as there is a trust factor, they will record it. As years have passed staff have changed more inconsistencies on what was covered or not also became apparent. Unfortunately the rust proofing product did not work well as there is significant rust emerging. The dealership is unwilling at any level to stand behind the solution they sold me 8 years ago. If you do business with them get a document for any and everything. I won't be doing business with them for my next purchase. Buyer beware. Learned my lesson. Ted More

Worst experience buying ever. My car spends more time in the shop then on the road and it was "certified". New tires, brakes, window cracked, winsheild wiper assembly, lights, altenator and the list goes on the shop then on the road and it was "certified".
