Service was terrible 3 times I had my vehicle to this dealership for issues with it running very rough and not downshifting properly. They even changed the transmission w 3 times I had my vehicle to this dealership for issues with it running very rough and not downshifting properly. They even changed the transmission which did not fix the problem. One week after the last visit/check over, I was on vacation and 45 mins. from Sioux Falls my engine light came on. Took my vehicle to a VW dealership there and they immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It wasn't a complicated problem - spark plugs not firing properly and manifold carboned up as well as a fuel injector. If you have something wrong/not working properly DO NOT go here as it seems that can't fix a simple problem, let alone a more complicated one. Just for the record, my vehicle is less than 3 years old. More

Horrible first time vehicle purchase My girlfriend and I travelled from Regina to Winnipeg to purchase a vehicle. On a negotiation sheet she signed a deal agreeing on $22,900 excluding ta My girlfriend and I travelled from Regina to Winnipeg to purchase a vehicle. On a negotiation sheet she signed a deal agreeing on $22,900 excluding taxes. The vehicle wasn't ready that day I had to go back to Regina for work and my girlfriend had to stay the night to bring her vehicle back. She also had the finance meeting with Rithy Keo at St. James Volkswagen the next day. She said she felt rushed through the meeting and he was trying to push extra protection/warranty on her. She told him right off the bat that she did not want anything extra and she wanted the vehicle at the agreed upon price of $22,900. When she came back to Regina I went through the paper work and noticed a $699.00 SAL Tire&Rim charge. I called for about a week trying to get a hold of Rithy Keo. Once I got a hold of him he was trying to say it was some kind of complimentary tire service and that all dealerships have to put a charge for that. In Manitoba it states as law that prices are all-in excluding taxes (unless they say it includes taxes). The price she ended up paying was $23,599 excluding taxes when the price she agreed on was $22,900. I would not advise anyone to buy a vehicle here. Horrible first time vehicle purchasing experience for my girlfriend. Also just a heads up. If you do plan on buying from this dealership I just want to let you know that they charge a $800.00 documentation fee which is the steepest I've ever heard of. At Toyota I paid $50 bucks and they took that off for me. Here they wont. More
