Mary Rose really went the extra mile to move the entire process along smoothly. Brittany Adair (finance) and Chris Moore (sales manager) were also extremely accomodating with their time as I was in-and-out of the dealership all day. Guy was always friendly and I never felt pressured when we spoke, so naturally when my wife and I decided to purchase a new vehicle I went to St. James Volkswagen and found Guy. Throughout the process Guy was very patient and accommodating with a good sense of humour, it has been the most relaxing car purchase we have ever had. For the financing Guy introduced us to Brendan Parry who also walked us through the process and kept it a very relaxed manner. All in all, we purchased a car that we really like, that has everything that we wanted(plus a little more) for a price that we are comfortable with!
