When it came to picking up my car, again Mary was on hand to assist me, going above the call of duty, by first driving me to my bank and then to MPI. Everyone I encountered at this location was extremely professional and helpful, but most importantly they listened to me. As we knew exactly what we were looking for, we had a short conversation as to what we wanted in a A4 and he immediately brought us to a car that met all our needs and actually exceeded those needs. Jor-El was courteous, caring and fun. Throughout the entire process of purchasing our car we were treated like guests in a 5 start hotel. Along the way we met Jody Thomas. Jody was all smiles and ready to help us if we had any issues. It turns out we did have a small issue that was unforeseeable by the staff and Jody was there in a moment ready to solve the issue. Then it was time to meet Mike McAuley. Mike was honest and straight forward. All I have to say is he is good at what he does. Lastly but not least we also met Vivian Wang. Vivian was ready to answer any questions we had and was very polite. Vivian is an important part of the team as she seems to know everything that is happening at all times in the dealer ship.
