Great staff, very easy purchase experience I just purchased a new Jetta TDI today from Steve Hodgson at St. James VW. He was aware that we were looking for a specific model of Jetta, of which t I just purchased a new Jetta TDI today from Steve Hodgson at St. James VW. He was aware that we were looking for a specific model of Jetta, of which their dealership had the only one. Steve was very clear about all the costs associated with the car and did not hide anything. He then simply made us a great offer on the car. We took it. This took 2 minutes. It was a great price and so easy to close the deal. My previous experiences of shopping involved secretive discussions between the salesman and sales managers. This one simply involved offering a fair price up front and absolutely no pressure from anyone. Everything was handled promptly and efficiently. Steve took time to go over all the features of the car and had a thorough understanding of it. Brendan in the finance department made things very easy to understand on the financial side. He explained the extended warranty options without pressuring me. I chose the 8 year extended option because of all the electronics in the car.
