I ended up purchasing a pre-owned Tiguan and since I have had it I have never been happier, my wife loves it too as well as the little one who enjoys the big sunroof that the car comes with. Eventually I decided to go with the lease option and I am pretty happy about it. After getting all paperwork done with my financial manager Brittany, she is very professional and really thoughtful for my opinions. Jordan helped me to go through everything with the Tiguan, he also tried his best to domonstrate new features to me, so that I can understand better. In some cases I felt like I was just another potential victim. When I walked in to the St.James location I expected a similar experience. This is not a car dealership in the traditional sense. It was simply better than the rest. I was greeted by Milen and ultimately made my purchase with him....and I have no regrets with my 2015 VW JETTA. It is was very clear to me that he was well trained. He knew his product and all of the features of course, financing options, vehicle availability and warranty ect. But more importantly he took the time to understand who I was, what I required for my family and our budget. Milen created a geniuine relationship with me before we started to get into the actual purchase. He did not have a sharpie pen and a sales agreement shoved down my throat within the first two minutes. The industry could learn a few things from this particular dealership in the way of customer satisfaction training. This is not your average dealership. It is hard to spend allot of money on a car, but it's nice to be treated like a human when you are ready to make the purchase. Our experience with Brittany in finance was second to none...knowledgeable, quick and effecient. This dealership team is an example of a customer driven culture and that is hard to find today. Bottom line is...exceptional experience...from sales to finance. More

Keith also did us favor with our entry key that was greatly appreciated!! Todd initially informed me of all the parts that we might need and then ordered the parts and a few others that were needed ........ all the repairs were on time as promised and the car runs great!! They were both highly respectful, professional, friendly, and patient to answer all my questions. Siming (sales and leasing representative) helped me with choosing the right car after going through the available options, gave me the chance to test drive the car, walked me to MPI for registration and insurance, and showed me how things work in the car in details. Brendan (financial manager) helped me in deciding the amount of down payment and monthly payments for the vehicle according to my budget.
