Helpful and honest i am in the process of acquiring a new vehicle and Guy has been very helpful. He wants you to have the right vehicle for your needs. As mentioned elsewhere in other posts, he does like cars and likes and knows his product. I have recommended him to people i know that are looking for a car. The best part is that i am not getting the "if you buy it right now we will make you a deal" shtick. He has been straight-forward on the approximate cost of the cars and their options, without resorting to "i have to check with the manager" routine. Thank you Guy. More

The vehicles were purchased about 5 years apart and I must say, I was very impressed that Guy remembered me when I came in. I feel that the dealership is truly trying to build a relationship with their clients and Guy is making it happen. He listened to what I needed, how much I wanted to spend, and found something to completely meet my needs each time. I still own two of the vehicles and plan to go back to St. James Volkswagen in two years to upgrade. I hope Guy is still there! I also had service work done which I am very pleased with. More

St. James VW consistently excels at customer service I purchased my VW at the other dealership but felt more comfortable getting it serviced at St. James VW, even though it was further away from my home. Whenever my car was in the shop, I would kick tires in the showroom. Guy Delisle was always pleased to answer my questions on the new models, always impressing me with his thorough and comparative knowledge, not only on VWs, but other makes as well. Over four to five years I got to know him a little and enjoyed getting the latest info on the new VWs. As my car got older, Guy took the time to try to understand my needs and whenever something interesting came up, Guy would let me know. He was always courteous, professional, personable, patient and informative without the pressure tactics that many attribute to the car sales process. I am now driving a used Golf that Guy found for me and I am very pleased with the car, its condition and best of all, the painless experience that Guy and his colleagues provided.
