I find it very frustrating that my son purchase a used Audi and was not able to pick it up because he didn’t have an appointment with financing considering it was pre-approved. In who’s world is it that you need an appointment!! Customer service is in the tank here! First time in my Fifty years have I ever experienced such crap. Arrive at 9:30am Monday had to wait because they were in a meeting only to get turned around because they were too busy. The management really needs themselves to have a meeting on the direction things are going!!CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NUMBER ONE!!! I personally on on my 10th Vehicle because of travelling sales in 3 provinces since 1988 and have never seen such a backwards approach. Had my son not been as excited to get his second car, I would have torn up the contract and walked!!!!Not to mention the additional $800 for VW administration fees not disclosed till after the deal was settled?? Put in the cost up front for full disclosure....Great sales team though! More

Worst Dealership Ive Ever Seen I was looking at a vehicle online (as i work nights and don't have time during the day to dedicate to viewing multiple vehicles). i was sent an email I was looking at a vehicle online (as i work nights and don't have time during the day to dedicate to viewing multiple vehicles). i was sent an email from a sale mans, which i replied to. the following day i received another email asking if i received the first email, which i replied to the 2nd email with the same information as the first. Third day i received an email from the sales manager asking if i had received the sales mans first 2 emails, once again i replied asking for the exact same info and that i had replied to the first 2 emails. after this, magically the salesman had in fact received my emails and replied with no information i had asked for. (in this case i asked for the best offer/quote they can make on the vehicle as i was looking at multiple dealerships and i will only view 1 or 2 in person due to working nights and minimal time during business hours to make it in person.) you wanna play stupid games, you win stupid prizes...... in this case you lost my business with these games and i have gone else where for my next vehicle. More

First vehicle I bought was a TDI which was recalled due to VW lying about emissions. 2nd car a 2015 VW GTI. Was upsold on additional warranty and lied to about what the $1000 premium wheel warranty cover to VW lying about emissions. 2nd car a 2015 VW GTI. Was upsold on additional warranty and lied to about what the $1000 premium wheel warranty covered. Took car in to St James VW for service due to a loose door (wow 4 years and doors coming loose!!!). After service (which by the way took months of bringing the car back and forth and having no vehicle) we got the car back, but none of the stereo speakers worked. They deemed it coincidental and had us pay a deductible for a faulty stereo amplifier. After getting that work done, we noted that now the ambient lighting and windshield wipers no longer worked. Wow! Another coincidental problem, a blown fuse!! What are the chances that this happened while THEY were doing electrical work on the car. 2 hours of billable labour to change a fuse. Another couple hundred bucks. Does Tony Soprano own this place?? More
