Well, Milen made the experience totally quick and painless. We went back and forth via email which is exactly what I wanted. By the end of the day I made my decision and I didn't even have to leave my computer. I appreciated that Milen took the time to answer all my questions and took me seriously even though we were just corresponding by email. He showed a willingness to work with me and in the manner that worked for me. Not everyone has time to go from dealership to dealership discussing all the different options and even though email is a pretty popular form of communication these days, other dealerships wouldn't take the time to answer my questions and just told me to come in. Well, I bought a brand new 2015 Jetta and I didn't hesitate to buy it from Milen. When we finally did meet to finalize the purchase, Milen was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Brittany also did a great job discussing the financing options and going through all the different warranties, etc. She made things simple and was more than helpful.
