Not only that he explains the features and differences from S5 to other models that I had my eye upon, he has also demonstrated how to run the vehicle better based on his own experience with new Audi models. Unlike my other experiences with other Audi Sales Representatives in Toronto or Saskatoon, Miao was never pushy when it comes to pricing, while patiently explained the cost to the vehicle with add-ons and what not. It made me feel very comfortable, no pressure at all. This is the type of customer-relationship that I am looking for. After the experience today, it made me feel like going to a switch to the Audi brand, from a person who have always owned a Subaru. Thank you for the excellent service! More
