Willingness to accomodate I wandered into the showroom just to price out vehicles. I did not purchase a vehicle but let Steve know what I was interested in buying. About two weeks later I received a call from Steve stating he may have a car that would suit me. He was right. I happily purchased a 2012 VW Golf that drives very well. It was from their dealership so they knew the history. I could not pick it up right away and Steve accomodated me by holding the vehicle for me. I found him to be a low pressure salesperson which I really appreciated. He was professional, knowlegable and friendly. He was willing to anwer any of my questions. Visit Steve if you want a calm, salesperson. I also found Bryan the manager to be helpful and friendly. Fantastic first time Audi experience Having just moved to Winnipeg from Ottawa, we were looking for a second vehicle to drive to and from work. We knew what we wanted: something classy and sporty, dependable and practical but had a bit of a kick when needed. We had started looking in Ottawa, did some research and had taken a few vehicles for test drives: the Lexus RC350 FSport, Mercedes CLA45 AMG, BMW M235i xdrive, and the 2016 Audi S3. All great cars that put a smile on my face but my wife's preference was for the Audi S3. She liked the other vehicles but she knew as soon as she drove the thing that it was the Audi was the car for her. Happy wife, happy life. Me, it took a while longer but the more I read and researched and remembered the drive in the S3, the more I became convinced. To seal the deal, when it was confirmed that the 2017 S3 would get the virtual cockpit, I was sold!!! We got to Winnipeg, got settled and found an Audi dealer on a Saturday in July and spoke with Chris Dare who helped us find the car we wanted. We ordered the 2017 Audi S3 Technik in Daytona Grey. With a lot of features made standard for 2017, we only needed the Advanced Handling, Technology and Sport Seat packages to make the car complete. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and really made the transaction smooth and pleasant. We needed a second vehicle when school started so when the car hadn't arrived by beginning September, Chris and the Audi dealership made sure we had a 2017 Audi A4 to drive around until our baby showed up. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is exemplary. We can't say enough about the team who made sure our every need was looked after. We now have the first and only 2017 S3 in Winnipeg for now (the city only got allocated one 2017 S3 in the initial shipment) and I look forward to driving it everyday. The car handles amazing, sounds great, has power to spare and the technology to assist the driver and keep them safe is phenomenal. I also can't stop playing with the virtual cockpit LOL A big thank you to Chris Dare and the Audi/VW team for the white glove treatment and for getting us into a car we love! More

Amazing service that could have gone wrong, Dan saved it !!! Recently bought a Q7 2015 TDI from them and had it shipped to Toronto. When it arrived i noticed my rims where curb rashed and i had a huge scratch on my flare. Well i made a couple of calls the sales manager Dan and bingo, rims getting fixed at Audi here in Ontario paid by Audi Winnipeg and cheque coming for paint shop bill !!! So what can i say Dan and Audi Winnipeg are truly stand up people! Highly recommend them to everyone and when i am ready for Audi number 2, i will turn to Dan! Thanks Guys More
