The dealer fixed up the damage and drove it to my place of work for me to inspect. After we came to an agreement on price I asked to I could have the vehicle inspected by my mechanic. I received the OK and after the inspection a few minor problems came to light. The dealer took care of these. More

Within two weeks of the purchase of the Q5, we have experienced the airbag alarm went off in the dashboard. The repair cost is about $600. Unfortunately, seatbelt and airbag repairs are not covered under extended warranty. But, with the help of Rory and Carl, the repair will be done at free of cost. What a happy news! Without any second thoughts or hesitation I will definitely approach Rory for my next purchase. More
