Disrespectful service manager The service manager for Audi is so disrespectfull. Really really poor customer service from him. When I manager from an Audi dealership used the word "SHUT-UP" twice in the conversation with his customer, that's not professional AT ALL!! When I'm calling in a peaceful mind to find a solution for the mistake they made and I had to pay the price for their mistake. I'm not happy this service at all and not body will be happy with his attitude at all!! More
