Excellent Q5 purchase experience I had decided that a Audi Q5 was the best fit and there were many available within the city but one in particular caught my eye at St James Audi. Through connections we were contacted by Chris Dare who right from the start was extremely professional and well educated on the product. After test driving the vehicle we were sold. Discussed some numbers, trade value and wanted to think about it so we left. Chris explained everything in fine detail as there were many avenues we could take when purchasing, we felt no pressure but wanted to discuss our options and make a decision. We returned the same day to negotiate a trade value, Chris was busy so we met with Rory who was just as helpful and even though the dealership was very busy that day, Rory was prepared to go the extra mile to help, agreed to a fair trade value and a very good deal was signed. We then met with Brittney who was very professional and ensured we were well informed, took all our requests down and we picked up the vehicle 3 days later! From start to finish we were blown away by the professionalism and attention to detail from all 3 of these staff members, each one went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Even small details we mentioned to Chris before we signed a deal were taken care of flawlessly. Cannot say enough good things about our experience and would definitely return.
