We finally struck a negotiated figure, I put down a deposit and was told to talk to the previous owner of the vehicle. The previous owner actually worked with me, who told me there was multitude of issues that needed to be solved. The BMW X3 35i currently on their lot (Feb 11 2018) needed close to $6000 worth of repairs minimum. I mentioned it to the sales person (Evan J)who told me they looked it over and they didn’t find anything. Well only BMW themselves have to tools to do a full diagnostic on the engine that’s required I said. To which I got the reply, we’ll its a used vehicle, we don’t have the time and manpower to fix a used car... that was Evans(the sale persons response). Wow. They told me over and over again like a broken record that they were reputable, only to sell me a car that was broken and would cost thousands immediately after I took ownership. Let’s just say I got my money back from my deposit as they were happy to be rid of me poking holes in their brand image. Terrible business practice, I will never trust a VW dealership and will never give them my business. Beware this company More

I had ordered it in September and then the guy I ordered from had left and then the person who I was dealing So I ordered my VW GTI from st James VW. I had the most simplest and enjoyable experience I’ve ever had to purchase anything! The whole experience left me wanting to buy another vehicle soon! Evan managed to get Me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted - couldn’t have asked for anything more from a dealership! Go see Evan at st James VW.. he will put you into a vehicle you really want and get you the price you can afford! He even showed me everything in my car that I needed to know to get started and stayed late to accommodate my hours without thinking twice!!! That is convenient... perhaps the number 1 thing was something Evan related to me was stating ‘I am working with you- not against you!’... and he really meant it!... great character and can’t say enough - really appreciate this kind of service and behaviour from an associate!! Terrible information Was told by service rep that my circuit panel I paid for last year on February 3 2017 has a Warranty for one year until Feb 3 2018.saturday. So I phoned the Advicate with Audi. Linda. Explained to her and she said she can’t get involved as most Audi’s are privately owned businesses. Wow another one. I asked her Why she was listed under Google as an Audi advocate if you can’t be the liaison Now I am going to seek another reputable dealer Audi.
