Loyal StJames VDUB Buyer, or should I say never again Loyal St James VDUB customer, or should i say "WAS". Very very poor on your part no support on the TDI recall, been now trying for a full year to deal Loyal St James VDUB customer, or should i say "WAS". Very very poor on your part no support on the TDI recall, been now trying for a full year to deal with their company Rice Point. Every week we send docs in, they then say there is a new problem. We were gonna buy a new TDI, but do to Rice Point we will never ever buy an other Vdub again. Now the value of our TDI went from 33k to under 23k, as RICE POINT does not care about loyal VDub drivers, and only to sting them along. To top things off, our TDI was in for damage repair, and what a xxxxty job. Car is already rusting in spot they fixed. Was also charged over $300 when we picked up the car on a zero decutable. The front end was not fixed, the check engine left was left on, this after a aminal took out the front end. The new onwers are a bunch of scamers. Find a new dealship, or beater yet a car company that respects long term clients. This is a list of cars we bought over the years from St James 1984 VW GTI 1985 VW Vanagon Westie 1989 VW Jetta 1995 VW GTI 1999 VW Jetta Wagon 2001 VW GTI 2005 VW Golf 2007 VW GTI 2009 VW Rotan (piece of garbage motor blow four months after 2013 VW Golf Wagon TDI So thanks St James for such bad repair and service work, and please Thank Rice Point for finanlly putting the nail in the cofin. Its because of them and the very poor MPI repair we will never buy an other St James Vdub, nor as a business that has used your cars for over 25 years within our companies, we will ensure we stear everyone away from ST James Vdub More

We booked an oil change for our car and the estimated time wasn't real, nobody gave us an explanation or even communicated how long more it will take (after more than 3 hours). We felt disrespected and we are not sure about if the decision of buy a Volkswagen was wise after see how the customers are treated after the vehicle is been paid. More
