Great place for new drivers. I just went shopping for a new car, didn't really know what wanted so i did the basic thing and I shopped all around Niagara at different dealerships I just went shopping for a new car, didn't really know what wanted so i did the basic thing and I shopped all around Niagara at different dealerships and different car manufactures. What I found at St. Catharines Volkswagen was hands down the best experience i could hope for, they were a dealership that showed me any model that i asked for as well as other models that might fit my budget. I initially went into the dealership thinking there was no way i could afford a car from this place thinking they were way out of my range. They weren't surprisingly they were cheaper than most other places around for what I was looking for. The Staff was phenomenal from sales, to financing, to service. They all treated me as a member of the Volkswagen family even before i decided on purchasing a car. I just left the lot today excited at the prospect of a new car and I really feel anyone that is shopping for a car should check this place out. You will be shocked and pleasantly surprised. More

My wife and I went to test drive the Jetta and Passat. The sales rep, knew nothing about the vehicles and was unwilling to have us take out 3 different trim levels in order to compare engines. We complained to the sales manager through e-mail, and no one ever responded. I wonder how many more customers they have lost, or will lose because of this sales agent by the name of LYALL BASKIN. Do not do business with him, he was also rude and vulgar on the test drive. Like I said, I e-mailed the sales manager HARALD ZIMMERMANN about our experience, and not even a response. Will not be buying my Jetta at this location, I'll drive into Toronto for my 2.5 Highline! Thanks for the memorable experience St. Catharines Volkswagon/Audi! More
