Diamond-Kote inspection, not a customer of this dealership We needed our Diamond-Kote inspection done on our Hyundai and our Hyundai dealership doesn't do them any longer. One Falls GM dealership wanted $70.00 We needed our Diamond-Kote inspection done on our Hyundai and our Hyundai dealership doesn't do them any longer. One Falls GM dealership wanted $70.00, another St. Catharines VW dealership refused to see our vehicle as it wasn't their make. Collins Nissan not only did the inspection for free, but threw in a free car wash too - and this for a non-customer! We are impressed. Thank you Lisa Owens, Appointment Co-ordinator, for making us so welcome and taking care of us cheerfully in a very timely manner. More
Service department My Nissan Murano came with synthetic oil for a reason...it is recommended by the manufacturer. I found out that the service department decided to dump regular oil into my car....this is inexcusable. I can get stupid oil changes by oil jockeys on every corner, I go to my dealer for the proper service.... I decided to go to a corner quick lube to see what they would do...and sure enough the first thing they to me was,,,,this car uses synthetic oil and will look through their data base to make sure their oil is the same as Nissian recommend synthetic oil.......what a shocker to find out that the corner quick lube is really the best place to take your 2012 Nissian Murano for oil changes....I will never purchase another car from those dealers that are part of the auto group in St. Catharines.... Don't get me wrong here...the sales department were great, the finance depart were great...everyone is friendly and professional......But they lack in a department that can generate the biggest profit for a dealership.......can't even do a simple oil change....yikes More

Good Service experience. Friendly staff Did recall and oil change. Nice and friendly, helpful. Took my call immediately and offered me a drive if I needed it. Amazing service and friendliness continues This dealership is truly one of a kind. We bought our Nissan Pathfinder a couple months ago from this dealership and have been totally satisfied with This dealership is truly one of a kind. We bought our Nissan Pathfinder a couple months ago from this dealership and have been totally satisfied with the car but more importantly with the buying experience. The staff was amazing and friendly especially our sales person Chris. The best part is that their dedication to great service and customer appreciation continues long after the sale. Just yesterday was in the area of the dealership and just stopped by to inflate a low tire in their service bay. Service department was closed but out came Chris who without hesitation got the air hose up and running to inflate the tire. Then to make things even better he offered to wash the car with his colleague while still being in his clean suit. I can say I am totally impressed with this dealership and their staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Nissan. Worth the extra drive to St. Catharines More
Unorganized chaos This place has terrible work-related communication between coworkers. You provide them with information over the phone and they make you repeat it all once you're there. To make it worse, when they asked me for a phone number I said "it's on file, starts with 905, nothing else has changed." The woman then went on to loudly read my phone number and address out loud for the whole shop to hear- for me, and other women, this is a safety risk! It's my privacy and I expect it to be respected. To make your appointment just the most intolerable experience you can handle, the employees wander within ear shot into small groups to discuss how drunk they're going to get at this year's Christmas party and the stories from their weekend antics. More
"Great service and parts" I just have to say that the service and parts staff at Collins Nissan are amazing!!! Steve Ducross always says hi and calls me by name! That is very nice to be remembered by the staff!!! They have taken care of my wants and needs always! I do not even live in St. Catharine's and drive out of my way to have my Nissan vehicles serviced at Collins Nissan. I would recommend this dealer ship to anyone!!!!! My vehicles get a car wash after every service.... Now that is sweet!!!! Thank you Steve and everyone at Collins Nissan. More
Parts Went to this dealer twice to find parts for my Infiniti. The parts person was incredibly incompetent. He could not help me unless I gave him the VIN. I have worked as a technician in several dealerships in my life and have never met a parts person quite this bad. I was looking for a "rear license plate light mounting bracket"...he could not understand the concept. I had to coach him through his computer to find the part. I could have given him the part number but I wanted to make sure the # was up to date. I went to another dealer online and ordered the part. The parts department is totally incompetent. Previously I tried to get one lug nut for the same Infiniti...He needed the VIN. I could not believe it! More
