No service Worst after service ever. A month ago my wife's car was brought in to get a remote car starter installed that was supposed to be installed before deli Worst after service ever. A month ago my wife's car was brought in to get a remote car starter installed that was supposed to be installed before delivery. While doing the install the removed our GPS tracking unit and harness then proceeded to throw it out. Over a month later still no answer about replacement. Called again today, still waiting for GM to get back to them. What kind of GM takes 3 weeks to get back to someone? Great service when they want your business, not so great after. More

Support local auto shop Went to Collins Nissan service. I needed new brake pads for my nissan. They quoted $ 1000.00 for new brake pads. I went to local garage, got pads and Went to Collins Nissan service. I needed new brake pads for my nissan. They quoted $ 1000.00 for new brake pads. I went to local garage, got pads and rotors cost me $400.00. Been told numerous time don't go to dealer for work on car! Lesson learned. More
Good experience......Service/ new purchase So I took my 2013 Nissan Altima in for service.......oil change and recall work.........and I decided to look in the showroom before the shuttle took So I took my 2013 Nissan Altima in for service.......oil change and recall work.........and I decided to look in the showroom before the shuttle took me home. I was looking at a Nissan Rogue as a next vehicle but upon further research I noticed I could purchase a bigger, more luxurious , better equipped vehicle in the Nissan Murano. Despite the fact my lease had 20 months to go , the sales staff ( Kevin, Mike, Paul ,Steve ) made it possible for me to purchase a new 2016 Murano SV, although we did have one hiccup, the problem was resolved and I drove away 3 days later in my new Murano SV. My wife was so pleased with the new vehicle she returned with her car and ultimately traded for a new Murano SL . The same staff helped her and were very helpful in attaining a satisfactory deal . We now own his and hers Muranos ! The entire staff at Collins, both in service and sales were always very friendly and helpful......Lisa in service......Kevin and Mike in sales.......Kelly and. Fred ........Paul and Steve. They all work as a TEAM to make the customer feel important. Thanks guys! More
Diamond-Kote inspection, not a customer of this dealership We needed our Diamond-Kote inspection done on our Hyundai and our Hyundai dealership doesn't do them any longer. One Falls GM dealership wanted $70.00 We needed our Diamond-Kote inspection done on our Hyundai and our Hyundai dealership doesn't do them any longer. One Falls GM dealership wanted $70.00, another St. Catharines VW dealership refused to see our vehicle as it wasn't their make. Collins Nissan not only did the inspection for free, but threw in a free car wash too - and this for a non-customer! We are impressed. Thank you Lisa Owens, Appointment Co-ordinator, for making us so welcome and taking care of us cheerfully in a very timely manner. More

I found out that the service department decided to dump regular oil into my car....this is inexcusable. I can get stupid oil changes by oil jockeys on every corner, I go to my dealer for the proper service.... I decided to go to a corner quick lube to see what they would do...and sure enough the first thing they to me was,,,,this car uses synthetic oil and will look through their data base to make sure their oil is the same as Nissian recommend synthetic oil.......what a shocker to find out that the corner quick lube is really the best place to take your 2012 Nissian Murano for oil changes....I will never purchase another car from those dealers that are part of the auto group in St. Catharines.... Don't get me wrong here...the sales department were great, the finance depart were great...everyone is friendly and professional......But they lack in a department that can generate the biggest profit for a dealership.......can't even do a simple oil change....yikes More

We bought our Nissan Pathfinder a couple months ago from this dealership and have been totally satisfied with This dealership is truly one of a kind. We bought our Nissan Pathfinder a couple months ago from this dealership and have been totally satisfied with the car but more importantly with the buying experience. The staff was amazing and friendly especially our sales person Chris. The best part is that their dedication to great service and customer appreciation continues long after the sale. Just yesterday was in the area of the dealership and just stopped by to inflate a low tire in their service bay. Service department was closed but out came Chris who without hesitation got the air hose up and running to inflate the tire. Then to make things even better he offered to wash the car with his colleague while still being in his clean suit. I can say I am totally impressed with this dealership and their staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Nissan. Worth the extra drive to St. Catharines More
