Warranty not honoured many times over last 7 years on 2 cars, not forthcoming, commission basic on repair quotes , issues with mechanical abilities, confrontational if you bring up an issue. $200 hr plus e cars, not forthcoming, commission basic on repair quotes , issues with mechanical abilities, confrontational if you bring up an issue. $200 hr plus extras and parts, sloppy repairs , both cars body damaged and mgr, looked up their camera pictures, 3 car damaged but no spinelli picks. Changed battery but did not and asked for refund , but no unless I signed a release . Not forthright , no one really in charge, warranties are of no use , mechanics don’t communicate with advisors, general manager not in communication with all the groups and I lost a ton of money and time. More
