Disappointing, blaming a webdeveloper for a posted price. I went there to look at a 2018 used MDX elite for sale for $49,988 with approx 31K on it as I wanted to compare it to a 2017 Base MDX at Westside Acur I went there to look at a 2018 used MDX elite for sale for $49,988 with approx 31K on it as I wanted to compare it to a 2017 Base MDX at Westside Acura with 32K on sale for $37,988 and I wanted to see what was the main differences and features for the $12K price differential. After a bunch of time waiting and meeting Philip, the sales manager, I was told that the 2018 was sold. I was shown a 2019 Elite MDX in the showroom that was listed at $53,988 which had a $7,500 off (showed me the website listing) and was told they had discounted it to make it the cheapest used MDX in Canada. I was told that it was a manager demo and that I would be the first owner and get full warranty as new. I had planned to trade my wife’s Toyota in and made loose plans to come back the next evening. I drove back to the office and had called my wife to get her to look on the web at the listing. She saw it at the discounted price and agreed to go back the next evening to see what we could do for a trade in value. Several hours later I checked the website and the $7,500 discount no longer showed on the web. I also suspected the story I was told about being a manager car and never been sold. I called the salesman (Andrew Paras) and asked him for a carfax and asked him why the price was not reflecting the discount. He looked it up and said that was weird and he would talk to his sales manager. Philip the sales manager called me back after a while and tried to explain that they use a third party website person and the discount reflected was a mistake, even though I was told by the salesman that they purposely discounted the MDX to bring people into the showroom. He apologized and said it was an “honest” mistake and said he would talk to his GM and get back to me. It has been over a week and I have heard nothing. I assume they are hoping I go away, and while I may never buy a car from them, I thought the least I could do was give them an “honest” review. Unfortunately these guys live up to the cheesy car salesman represented in pop culture. I will choose to spend my $50K elsewhere. More

He was knowledgeable about the product and took the time to demonstrate and explain all the different types of features the vehicle had. Hussain was also very patient and answered any questions I've had about the vehicle. Because of my positive experience with this dealership and from interacting with Hussain, I would definitely come back here in the future and would recommend this location to other people as well.
