Fantastic purchase experience I was looking to upgrade my vehicle to an SUV and was undecided between a CRV and an RDX. Ken made me feel valued and respected as a customer, being open about the price while being accommodating of my needs (specifically a trailer hitch). His knowledge of the RDX is excellent and he identified all of the key features and was willing to meet after the sale to address additional questions that I had. Great experience I went to Acura to get a new 2017 RDX. Due to my work I was restricted with time. Matt attended me, quickly showed exactly what I wanted and all the I went to Acura to get a new 2017 RDX. Due to my work I was restricted with time. Matt attended me, quickly showed exactly what I wanted and all the options to target my needs. Took me to a drive. And even though the dealer was closing ... I was never rushed. I end up buying the car that day. They tried to do anything to accommodate my my work. I came to pick up the car early because I sold my old car and as soon as I complained of a 3 m protection that was not what I wanted, they immediately organized a way to fix it so I could pick up the car in the same day. They even offered to deliver the car in my house because I had just coming from a night shift. I have nothing but gratitude in dealing with Matt, sharon and Curtis. Very happy with my new car :) More
