Alisha Lemoine who was the business development manager was able to help us. She explain who she was and said she would do her best to help us. She was able to answer most of our questions and what she didn't she was able to find out. We were very happy with our experience with her and the dealership. This Acura is the Best in Edmonton I looked at everywhere for a vehicle. I recommend everyone to go to this Acura dealership in Edmonton no matter whether you are buying an Acura or not. But if you want an Acura they will blow the other guys out of the water plus you won't need Tylenol with these guys. More

Although the first two were new Acura products, this time I needed to purchase a used vehicle for my young daughter, so we settled for a for 2012 Focus Titanium. Although it was a used vehicle, the service remained top notch. Ken Banks is an open and outgoing type of salesman that will get you where you need to be. He is flexible, professionnal and a talented salesman. So take a back seat and let him do what he does best; get you behind the wheel of what suits you most. The general sales manager, Curtis Olesen was there every step of the way to see to our satisfaction. I definitely recommend this dealership and highly recommend Ken Banks. More

Our sales rep J'aime was excellent she gave us time to see and test drive the vehicle on our own and discuss among-st ourselves and was awesome went it came to time to sit down a make an offer. Things went quick and we did not sit around for hours. She was thorough in explaining features in the vehicle. Curtis the sales manager was pretty good but did get a little agitated when discussing numbers that I had come back with when re-negotiating the deal. Our overall experience was good and would definitely recommend and go back for another new car, but let see how service is first! More
