This Acura is the Best in Edmonton I looked at everywhere for a vehicle. Although it was a used vehicle, the service remained top notch. Ken Banks is an open and outgoing type of salesman that will get you where you need to be. He is flexible, professionnal and a talented salesman. So take a back seat and let him do what he does best; get you behind the wheel of what suits you most. Things went quick and we did not sit around for hours. She was thorough in explaining features in the vehicle. Curtis the sales manager was pretty good but did get a little agitated when discussing numbers that I had come back with when re-negotiating the deal. Our overall experience was good and would definitely recommend and go back for another new car, but let see how service is first! More
