Ripped off! I was ripped off when I purchased a used 2012 VW Tiguan, in the ad and salespeople said that it had Bluetooth, after buying it the vehicle Bluetooth d I was ripped off when I purchased a used 2012 VW Tiguan, in the ad and salespeople said that it had Bluetooth, after buying it the vehicle Bluetooth didn't work properly (it was just Bluetooth Ready ) and to make it work I had to pay an extra $1,400, which Southview Acura didn't want to assume!! Very bad for them!! More

I had been working with Derick online and finally went to the dealership on Saturday to complete the deal. I have to say, the moment we walked in the door, we were warmly greeted and made to feel very welcome. The dealership was spotless and it was a nice atmosphere to be in. Derick was a true professional and was very helpful and not once did we feel any pressure. As we completed the transaction, we were passed to Catherine in Finance as part of the documentation process. She was a real pleasure to deal with. My only comment, and it may have been an oversight in my case only, is that the previous owners personal information should have been deleted from the navigation system and phone history before we took possession. Other than that, the whole experience was spot on. More
