I bought my Acura TLX spec 2019 this week as my lease agreement was ending. I am really happy with my car and I love it. I misunderstood a part of the contract as I saw ADMIN fees and knowing it is ill agreement was ending. I am really happy with my car and I love it. I misunderstood a part of the contract as I saw ADMIN fees and knowing it is illegal according to the law to add fees (that aren't included in the advertise), I complaint about it. Those were actually legal fees as they were related to my financing from my bank. One of the Manager, Jeff, called me back and explained everything to me. He was very professional and kind. On the top of that, because I am a loyal customer (it is my 3rd Acura), he sent me a check to pay those fees and wish me Merry Christmas. Which was awesome. More

We had no experience with Acura prior to stopping into Southview Acura, and although I didn't end up purchasing an Acura (just not the right vehicle for our family), I still wanted to write a review on th Southview Acura, and although I didn't end up purchasing an Acura (just not the right vehicle for our family), I still wanted to write a review on this dealership. Darby Oulette was our Sales Associate and she was knowledgeable, friendly and is probably the most communicative Sales Associate we've had with regards to follow ups, questions, etc. We have been to 8 dealerships in the past month, so do not take my review lightly. She was a pleasure to work with. The sales manager at Acura, Rami Jamal, was also amazing and the only sales manager to ever reach out to us to follow up on our experience. Despite the terrible market for car sales right now, both Rami and Darby went out of their way to ensure we were able to see the type of vehicle we would be interested in ordering, even though it wasn't available for sale. The dealership is clean, and the drive in service bay is such a nice feature. I may not have purchased here today but I will be keeping them as an option for future purchases. If you're looking to buy here, I wouldn't hesitant, and would work with Darby to ensure you have a trustworthy, experienced associate with a good sense of humor too! More
