Lack of honesty, only money counts. Run away from it !!! I went to that dealership to buy a new 2017 Acura MDX. I saw one online that I liked and was posted like new on the website. When I went there was 105 I went to that dealership to buy a new 2017 Acura MDX. I saw one online that I liked and was posted like new on the website. When I went there was 10550Km, the windshied had two rock chips(were deep in the structure) , and a lot of of rock chips on the hood. I was promised that I would get a decent discount on it, due to the mileage, the windshield and the chipped hood. Becouse I did not get any real discount, I was promised that they would replaced the windshield and fix the hood. None was done and at the end they told me that was a demo, but used not at Acura, was DEMO for Rob at Autocanada. The suv has Platinum package ($ 5724) but the rims on driver side are a bit damaged (front more than rear). I mentioned to Mr. Abboud that the suv had on Friday Aug 25/2017, 10550km before the deal and on Monday Aug 28/2017 when I picked it up, had 10770km. Everyone is driving any car at that dealership and no one knows. They told me that the oil was changed, but was not, old and dirthy oil. My advice: run away from them, save money and your mind and health. More

Competitive Pricing / Responsive / Friendly I purchased a demo/shuttle "like new" MDX from Southview. My main points of contact ended up being Carlo Maione for sales and Catherine On for financ I purchased a demo/shuttle "like new" MDX from Southview. My main points of contact ended up being Carlo Maione for sales and Catherine On for financing. I am from Calgary and negotiated the entire transaction over the phone/email. Carlo was candid and friendly, and very fair / flexible finding a model at our price point and factoring in the accessories we required at a reasonable cost (relative to all other dealers). Catherine was also very kind, and tracked down a great financing option and helped bring the transaction to a close on tight timelines. Both Carlo and Catherine patiently responded to my barrage of questions and responded on a timely basis. Finally, they coordinated delivery of the vehicle from Edm to our doorstep in Calgary. All in all, outstanding service and attention to detail. Thank you. More
Not impressed May be my standard is high but coming from BMW to Acura, I found the service with this dealership lacking and to certain degree, disappointing. To begin with, you can't get a loaner unless your work is over half a day, I was told this is their written policy. This means if you are here for oil change or tire repair, no loaners for you! Even when you are able to get a loaner, the car is always dirty and unwashed. In addition, they would also ask you to fill up the gas upon return! BMW never asked me that, and they always give me the latest model in mint condition. There also seems to be lack of communication between different departments. Often, parts guys blame service guys for messing up the price, or service guys had no idea what finance/sales guys have promised their customers. The quality of the work is probably OK, I can't really comment on it as I haven't gone through any major repair yet. Pricing is pretty standard, I don't think they overcharged me whatsoever. Overall, I am not impressed with the service department in this dealership. I would probably try Westside Acura or even Honda dealership for any future services. More
