Excellent Customer Service We came to the Southview Acura dealership to test drive the MDX and RDX SUV’s. Rude and double standard staff I ask them to check what kind of sound is coming from front of my car , the girl on the front desk advised me to book an appointment and leave your ca I ask them to check what kind of sound is coming from front of my car , the girl on the front desk advised me to book an appointment and leave your car here for few hours and will check it , i ask her do i need to pay any thing for that , where said no , its free of charge . Ev3n service manager was there and he did not mentioned any thing about there cost of check up . When i went there today both the employee changed their statement and ask me to 149 $ for there check up , when i ask them why you didn't mentioned it last time when i was booking appointment , both said yes we did mentioned it which is a big lie . Which is very disappointing . I will never recommend any one to buy acura or go their for service , even i guess i will get rid of Acura too and will buy toyota soon . More
