Rude and double standard staff I ask them to check what kind of sound is coming from front of my car , the girl on the front desk advised me to book an appointment and leave your ca I ask them to check what kind of sound is coming from front of my car , the girl on the front desk advised me to book an appointment and leave your car here for few hours and will check it , i ask her do i need to pay any thing for that , where said no , its free of charge . Ev3n service manager was there and he did not mentioned any thing about there cost of check up . When i went there today both the employee changed their statement and ask me to 149 $ for there check up , when i ask them why you didn't mentioned it last time when i was booking appointment , both said yes we did mentioned it which is a big lie . Which is very disappointing . I will never recommend any one to buy acura or go their for service , even i guess i will get rid of Acura too and will buy toyota soon . More

Pushy sales manager influenced our decision to buy a Lexus! My wife and I had one of the worst experiences here. We initially talked to the sales person who was very professional and knowledgeable. But when the sales manager became involved it went downhill fast. When we stepped into the dealership we told the sales person that this was our first stop but we had narrowed it down to two or three vehicles and were going to make a purchase this week. We also had a used Acura to trade in. The sales manager, who did not even tell us his name when he introduced himself, was very aggressive. I did not like the fact that I had to explain to him why I was not dropping $60,000 of my hard earned money on the first vehicle that I looked at. The next day we went to the nearby Lexus dealership, had a great shopping experience, and purchased a new 2018 Lexus. More
