I got kicked out of Southview Acura I found a used vehicle that I liked. When I sat down to talk pricing, the price presented to me included a $675 Admin fee. I told the sales manager (R I found a used vehicle that I liked. When I sat down to talk pricing, the price presented to me included a $675 Admin fee. I told the sales manager (Rod Silva), that the website states that all fees are included in the list price, as stated on their website (Copied from the website - "The selling price includes all fees, taxes are extra"). Rod told me that the bill of sale must include the admin fee, and that he had to add it. I told Rod that their website gives false advertising, and he was lying to me. He said he wanted to see where the website states this. Halfway through looking it up, he said he would take the amount off the list price. He then wanted to continue, but I told him that I was still trying to get over them lying to me. He then said I was being hostile, and I was to leave the store. More

Everyone at this dealership takes the time to understand your needs to find the best car that works for you. When I started my process of purchasing a vehicle I was defensive and confused. Acura was not my first stop BUT IT WAS MY LAST. The sales department is not pushy and the fiance department worked hard to establish a payment that was most suitable for me (This has never happened to me when purchasing a vehicle which left me with a refreshing feeling). As soon as you walk in to the dealership you can sense such a warm and vibrate atmosphere and it is more than obvious the staff enjoy to be there by the way they treat EVERYONE with respect. I recommend dealing with Brandon Mucha, my experience was phenomenal and I will not be going anywhere else when I need to look for a vehicle in the future.
