I am impressed with the friendly welcome by Donovan Chretien who helped in finding a car, TLX that was bit higher then our budget. But Donovan and Philip, the manager were able to bring the price down to our budget. I am impressed with the managers who assured of taking ownership of fixing any issues with the car within a month of purchase for free. Donovan mentioned that he is the one who sold the car to us and he would be happy to answer any questions throughout the ownership of the car. That provides a peace of mind that I am taken good care. If I keep getting such service then my next car will be certainly from Southview Acura. More

Great service! We came in with a question about our 2016 Acura MDX. The staff were wonderful and we ended up upgrading to a 2019 Acura MDX! Ethan,Donovan and Prince gave us a lot of information about the new vehicle and were NOT pushy at all - that we appreciated. Rod Silva gave us a deal we couldn’t refuse😁. Chelsea was very helpful in the financial office. What impressed us the most was that they all worked together as a team and were so great in explaining the new features so that we ( seniors!) could understand. Our new vehicle was ready the next day and Donovan gave us an excellent overview of all the features, and invited us to contact him if we had questions. The owner of this dealership should be very proud of his staff! We will definitely recommend Acura to our friends and especially this dealership! More
