They took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. Michael even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly, This dealership was top notch, They was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been my buddy for years. More

Fabulous Experience during a stressful time. I have been searching for a new vehicle for the past 6 months (very slowly), I truly find the buying a new vehicle quite stressful. I have been to many dealerships that do the cheesy sit down let's make a deal show with the sales rep going back and forth with a number and then the eventual Manager sitting with me explaining how fabulous the offer is if you buy right now. Jennifer truly took away the experience, she listened to my wants and likes. The first vehicle she brought me had the saddle interior and I thought no way, but she hear that I wanted something classy and sleek and that is what she delivered. There was no high pressure sales, no game playing flashy show she just did what we needed to get us what we wanted. I would highly recommend Southtown Hyundai I just wish they advertised more locally so that I had know more about them earlier into my search. All of the sales people hovering about in such a small space during the times we visited was a bit distracting for me and intimidating for my wife. It was a pleasure to work with Haneef. He was able to find a vehicle that met our needs and wishes in an expedient fashion. He returned phone calls promptly and was diligent in following up with us, even calling after we had the vehicle in to get the second key cut and programmed. I enjoyed his easy manner and sense of humor. I would recommend him to others considering purchasing a Hyundai. Genevieve was very efficient and accommodating of our needs as well. More

Terrible dealership Worst customer service experience I have ever had. This dealership sold me a lemon. I have had my vehicle for a total of 8 Months and they have had to Worst customer service experience I have ever had. This dealership sold me a lemon. I have had my vehicle for a total of 8 Months and they have had to replace the engine twice, due to their error. First time they "fixed" it my vehicle was in their possession for 2 months. When I got my vehicle back I had it for 3 days and it again broke down on highway 60. THREE DAYS AFTER THEY HAD IT FOR 2 MONTHS!! Not only would they not help me with a deposit on a rental, but they hooked me up with a sales rep that wanted more money out of me, when ALL I wanted was a reliable vehicle that they should have sold me in the first place. I am a full time student and do not have the time to break down on the highway every other day. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Ever. Extremely upset. More
