I was offered a shuttle ride to where I wanted to go. Even though I had no appointment the service department diagnosed the trouble with my vehicle within an hour and called to inform me what they would need to do to fix it. After they received verbal authorization the service technicians had my car ready for pick-up by 4 pm that afternoon. When I picked up my vehicle it had been even been washed for me. Great service Came into the dealership with a flat damaged tire. I did not have an appointment but was able to get in anyways. The service rep was professional, knowledgeable and caring. She has told me everything I needed to know about the conditions of my tires including showing them to me inside the shop with details. I needed to replace all 4 of my tires because they were all bald in the inside. They gave me the choice of tires I could pick for my car and then I had a wheel alignment done to remove my excessive negative camber. Got my car back on time and was very happy overall. More

I temporarily secured it and drove immediately to Southgate with no app The belly pan on my VW Golf suddenly detached and was dragging on the ground. I temporarily secured it and drove immediately to Southgate with no appointment. It was late in the day and Service Rep Mary Brown arranged to have it looked at right away. The belly pan was resecured, car washed and I was on my way in good time. Southgate's staff were very helpful and I greatly appreciate their efforts.
