Had no problem getting a loaner car while my vehicle was getting 3M film applied The best customer service I've encountered at any Dealership so far. Had no problem getting a loaner car while my vehicle was getting 3M film applied and a hood replacement because the original hood had a bunch of scratches and buffer holograms from the dealership it was brought up from. My sales person did not hesitate to offer a complete hood replacement. One gripe I have is the 3M film was not applied as good as it could have been, there are a few air bubbles and rough edges but for the most part they did a great job. *********EDIT: The service team has advised me that the air bubbles are part of the curing process and are now gone for the most part. Extremely pleased with their excellent communication! More

The guy I bought my car from Moe was able to take car of booking and setting up the service to have my windshield replaced at no cost one day after I bought my car. More

In a word, "excellent" I was able to get my vehicle in for a fairly extensive service on a day's notice. Service staff are polite and efficient and went out of their way to I was able to get my vehicle in for a fairly extensive service on a day's notice. Service staff are polite and efficient and went out of their way to accommodate me as I'm from Jasper (4 hrs away). Drove vehicle into receiving bay, was efficiently taken care of and whisked downtown to an appointment by shuttle. Very friendly driver who had been with the company 5 years. Was given LRT ticket for the return trip and met at LRT by same driver. Vehicle done at the expected time, no surprises at the quoted price. Excellent all the way around!!! More

Mary Lee Brown is a great customer service agent I have dealt with Volkswagen for 10 years and found the service to be hit and miss for most of the time. In the past when I brought in my Passat if an I have dealt with Volkswagen for 10 years and found the service to be hit and miss for most of the time. In the past when I brought in my Passat if any issues were brought to my attention I found the customer service to be unsatisfactory. I finally went to the service manager to find a solution and received a form letter that did not deal with my concerns. I had gotten to the point where I didn't think I would return to Volkswagen for service or when it came to purchasing a new car. I had one more big service that needed to be done on my Passat TDI (160,000km) so I decided to get this done but after I was done with Volkswagen. When I set the appointment I talked to Mary Lee Brown who was excellent. She stepped me through what was needed to be done, we discussed possible issues and she gave me an estimate. When I brought in the car she was very helpful. She even found a deal I didn't know about and set that up for a discount. All in all finally a pleasant experience. When I picked up my car I spotted an error of the amount I was being charged which she quickly corrected. She was a real breathe of fresh air. Finally a service agent that was thorough, professional and courteous. Because of this I may be back for my 190,000 service. You better keep her. Everything is properly explained and never do I have to return for an issue not taken care of the first time. I have serviced at other dealers in the past and I will say they don't compare. More
