He listened to what my needs were in a vehicle and never pressured me. Very professional, was a busy man but took all the time I needed, and I never felt rushed. He absolutely worked around my schedule from staying after hours, coming in on a day off, I even telephoned him on a night off and he answered every question I ever had. I had a couple things done on the vehicle and he totally took care of it!! Moe actually went above and beyond! Chris at the service department is excellent too! Needs to smile more, lol. Service was perfect actually. I love my Jetta!! Highly recommend Southgate VW and Moe! More

Service Dear Southgate VW, Did not find my review but I really wanted to tell everybody how happy I am with you! I did not buy my Tiguan at Southgate VW or Dear Southgate VW, Did not find my review but I really wanted to tell everybody how happy I am with you! I did not buy my Tiguan at Southgate VW or at Norden .So I am really impressed ,that you wont let me feel that !.I deal with my matters with Ryan he knows almost everything and is friendly and professional . One day I wanted to see my Tiguan from underneath he went with me in to the shop and I had a chance to do so . But since I am interested and nosy I have seen people in a very very clean and organized shop working on cars they like . Talked to mechanic too and he also was very smart explaining my questions . I am thank full that you guys are so different then Norden Autohaus!!!!!!Don't ask for my experience there!!!!!I don't know , how they can survive .probably only with new costumers who haven't read any review.They cant be proud in what they are doing there . Any way Southgate VW tremendous work .I will be back for sure More
