Excellent service i brought a car in i bought off kijiji (a 2012 Jetta) to get checked out . The service guy helping me went above and beyond what he needed to do to ge i brought a car in i bought off kijiji (a 2012 Jetta) to get checked out . The service guy helping me went above and beyond what he needed to do to get me on my way. He told me where i can save some money on certain things and did some warranty work that apparently the car needed. My experience at Volkswagen was by far the best dealings I've ever had with any service department. My other vehicles include a BMW 7 series and a Land Rover Range Rover (paid over 100 grand a piece) both of which every time i take back to the dealership to fix whatever is wrong (always something wrong) at that time costs me a minimum of $1500.00 and they seem like they're trying to find as many things as they can to charge me for. The Jetta only cost me the price of an oil change, i recommend Southgate Volkswagen to everyone. More
