Salesperson asked me to put a $500 deposit for a preowned vehicle. Few minutes later this erik guy called introduced himself a sales manager asking for my credit card information. After 15 minutes’got a bank vehicle. Few minutes later this erik guy called introduced himself a sales manager asking for my credit card information. After 15 minutes’got a bank app notice that $1000 was taken out from my credit card. They call their selves a team but they are not on the same page when processing sales. After a few hours finance lady called me saying i was approved she wants me to call car insurance and bring a void check but refused to disclose the final numbers on paper over the phone. She sent me the details of the lein holder(TD AF) to get the car insured i just found out eventually on the paper that SCOTIABANK was the leinholder instead of TD AF. They just advised me to call my car insurance company to make an update. She was focused in selling me extended warranties that I already told them im not interested. They even attemted to change my biweekly payment several times. If you want volkswagen cars go somewhere else, if you want trouble go to southgates volkswagen. They will surely give you problems. The service dept has always been friendly, and do what they say.. only issue is , we are still waiting on the tailgate to be replaced under warranty, Rust issue was reported , wrong parts came in late s they say.. only issue is , we are still waiting on the tailgate to be replaced under warranty, Rust issue was reported , wrong parts came in late summer.. still waiting on letting us know when right parts are in and can complete the claim More
