I received the phone call Monday morning from a different adviser, she explained the issues and what was done and possible things to watch out for in the future. When we picked up the vehicle it was a different service adviser, again, but he too was helpful and took the time to answer any questions we had. The lady who took the payment was wonderful! Friendly, chatted and did not look like she was being disturbed from her job or visiting with other employees; which is the total opposite from what we experienced the last time we had our vehicle in for service. A marked improvement, thank you! More

Easy to deal with Came in for a regular service, was met by Bill and a younger fella (can't remember his name). Happy with service. Not the tyre squeak explanation I have had a tyre squeak - noticeable at slow speed mainly - complaint whenever I come in for a service. I have never had this problem with any of the other cars I have had, including our second car which is a VW Passat wagon. So why do I have to listen to some B.S explanation about winter, the moisture, the metal of the disc brakes, etc, etc. In fact, I get the feeling that I am at fault and NOT the car. And the final indignity is that I am told that I should brake harder. When I leave a car parking parkade I am the ONLY car squeaking on its merry way to the exits. Not good enough. I expect that a VW should NOT have squeaking brakes. This "Das Auto" has a squeaking brake problem and it has not been resolved and it is definitely not my problem. More
