I took my grandma's 2019 Kia vehicle to CMP and got a good quote for $1200 for basic repairs. It was a reasonable price so we booked it for a later in the week. My Grandma being the type of lady that good quote for $1200 for basic repairs. It was a reasonable price so we booked it for a later in the week. My Grandma being the type of lady that didn't want to wait went into Kia thinking since she bought it from that place it would be cheaper, the xxxx parts department told her she needed a bunch of more useless things that she for sure did not need and gave her a quote of $5500 and said they will give her a deal of $5000 if she paid right away, and kept pressuring her for her credit card, thank god she left it in her other purse that day. On top of that they told her she should have a man come in with her next time since she doesn't understand anything. Stay for far FAR away from this trash of a dealership and it's even trashier people. More

I first posted a bad review about south trail Kia for the lack of Info I received on my EV and things you needed to do to get into an EV. Once I picked up my vehicle Jason the sales manager and Steve a sales lack of Info I received on my EV and things you needed to do to get into an EV. Once I picked up my vehicle Jason the sales manager and Steve a sales rep showed me they are going to try to fix those problems I had and showed me that it is a learning curve for them as well and really appreciated the talk they had with me so I am very happy I stuck it out with them. We brought our car in for some warranty/recall work, ended up requiring more work then we anticipated but everything was handled in a timely matter, the service department didn't hesitate to call for up ended up requiring more work then we anticipated but everything was handled in a timely matter, the service department didn't hesitate to call for updates, took a little longer than expected but they gave us a timeline and stuck to it.
